INGREDIANTS REQUIRED...       Meat (with bones)  750g    Rice basmati( washed and soaked for 30 min)  750g   onions   4 medium ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon     oil 1 1/2 cup     salt   to taste    coriander powder 1 tablespoon ginger powder 1 teaspoon     green cardamom  3    brown cardamom  2    cumin seeds 1 tablespoon bay leaf   1   cloves  4    red chili powder 1 tablespoon   cinnamon  1   black pepper powder  1 tea sp STEPS OF COOKING......... 1. In 7 cups of water add meat, ginger garlic paste and add all spices including green and brown cardamom, bay leafs , cloves, red and black pepper, ginger powder, salt and coriander powder.
