BIG FAN OF CHEESE?? TRY THIS AT HOME

CHEESEY BREAD CHICKEN ROLL........
RAMADAN SPECIAL.....


The steps are divided into two portion for making this delicious recipe.

1.  Making a filling for the rolls

2.  Coating of the rolls


1.  Making the filling...

Ingredients required.....

Boneless chicken       1 pound


Ginger, garlic paste      1 tablespoon




Salt       1 teaspoon OR to taste



Chicken powder     1 teaspoon





Black pepper    1 teaspoon




Oil         1/4  cup





Sweetcorn     3 tablespoon



Capsicum(in three color)    3  (cut into small pieces)


Spring onions        3 tablespoon (cut                                           into small pieces)




Cheddar cheese     graded half cup





Mozzarella cheese     graded half cup




Parmesan cheese     graded half cup





STEPS OF MAKING THE FILLING.....

1.  Add oil in the pan and turn on the flame, then put ginger garlic paste. When ginger garlic paste turn light golden add chicken in the pan.

2.  When the chicken changes the color add salt, black pepper and chicken powder and mix it.

3.  Wait for a 7-8 min until chicken is cooked. After that turn off the flame and shredded the chicken when cool.

4.   Then again turn on the flame and put all the vegetable including capsicums and spring onions. Then add sweet corns and mix all the mixture and let it cook until the vegetable get done.

5.  Turn off the flame and let the mixture to cool down. 

6.  We will add all the cheese while preparing the rolls not in the filling.


2.   Preparing and coating of the rolls....

      Ingredients required....

Bread slices       12 pieces OR as                                                         required


Bread crumps       1 cup





Flour       1 cup


Egg      2 




Red chili flakes          1 teaspoon 




Sesame seed(optional)     as required






STEPS OF PREPARING AND COATING ROLLS.......

1.   Now take slices of bread and cut off the corners (remember don't discard them always used them in making home made bread crumps), then take bread roller and then roll all the bread slices and thin them.

2.  Now add 2 tablespoon of filling in each slice of bread. After filling add 1 teaspoon of all the three cheese one by one (cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese).

3.  Now add chili flakes in the flour and prepare it for coating.

4.  After preparing the rolls, first apply flour, then dip in the eggs and then finally coat them in the bread crumps one by one. If you want also give one coat of sesame seed to each roll.

5.  Repeat this process for making all rolls.

6.  Finally deep fry them in the oil. When rolls become golden brown take them out from the oil.

7.  Serve them with the ketchup or a green chutni.
