LOSE WEIGHT IN A WEEK?? TRUE OR NOT




If you guys follow these simple and easy
steps for only one week you will see the
clear cut fat burn in your body. I know
this morning to night routine is a little bit
difficult but not impossible and truly
worth it.

Breakfast......

Before starts the day, do some workout or
yoga. I personally prefer yoga over any
other workout. Then drink at least 1-2
glass of water. After that, in the breakfast
eat one egg with a yolk and 1 slice of
brown bread With that take tea or a coffee whatever you like.



Snacks of the day.....

During the day when you feel low or your
energy level is going down eat a good big
bowl of fruits. Fruits give your skin to
look fresh not dull. Also it increases your well power.





Detox water....

All the day drink detox water except
regular water to maintain your PH and
also to maintain your metabolism to be
active.Detox water is very good in doing
actual diet. In my next coming blog I will
defiantly share its recipes with all of you.



Lunch time....

In lunch take one big bowl of salad with
one big piece of steamed chicken fillet.
Also take one small bowl of boiled rice.
Next option is take soup with some steamed vegetable with mash potato.


Dinner time....

In dinner take 1 chapatti with any of the
gravy or curry at home. You will also take
rice with any type of curry. And in sweet
just take 2 dates (khajoor). Dates contains
beneficial sugars which gives no
harm to your body.


Green tea.....

This is your key to success. Green tea is
the only secret behind all the struggle you
are doing. Soon I will come up with
different new recipes of the green tea
which I will share on my website.
Before going to bed take one cup of green tea without sugar again I said without
sugar not even honey because taking
green tea without any sweetness gives
 you a quick and noted changes in your body.






NOT FORGET TO DO LITTLE BIT OF 
EXERCISE IN THE EVENIUNG OR 
MORNING TIME. BECAUSE IT REALLY
GIVES YOU A GOOD RESULT. AND 
KEEP TRUST ON YOUR SELF IF YOU 
DID IT THEN YOU SURELY LOSE 
WEIGHT IN A WEEK. I WILL SOON
