MANGO SMOOTHIE (SUMMAR SPECIAL)
INGREDIANTS REQUIRED....
1. Non-fat milk / Whole milk 1 1/2 Cup
2. Vanilla yogurt half cup
3. Honey 4 tablespoon
4. Unsweetened orange juice 1/2 Cup
5. Mango 1 only
6. Frozen banana 1 only
7. Ice cubes 5-6 pieces
Take a blender and add all the
ingredients in it. Blend the mixture
for about 2 minutes and then stop
blending after that add ice cubes
and blend again for 1 minute.
Smoothie is ready serve it with a few
pieces of mango on it.
